Our house needed to be raised up and put on piers after a flood.  The sub-contractor (NOT McKinney), had the house raised and ready to work on by August (flood was May 3, 2010).  We paid $15,000 up front with our insurance money.  $9,000 of which went to the sub contractor.   The contract stated $15,000 up front, then $15,000 more upon completion.  The work was never completed.  Also the second contractor we had, had to redo everything that McKinney had done after the house was raised.  They may be OK for a small job.  But if you have major remodeling needed, I would NOT recommend these guys.

I am very satisfied with this company; they are very thorough. I just like him and can't say anything bad about them. This company has done other work for us in the past and I will use them again in the future.
