Masters In Renovation (859-509-6021), David Marshall owner, helped
design our kitchen remodel to keep costs at a minimum. First of all,
it was suggested that we keep current cabinets and add a new matching
base cabinet to replace an existing desk. This suggestion added much
needed space for pots/pans, etc. Striking new cabinet pulls were added
to enhance the looks of the cabinets. The base cabinets were topped off
by the most beautiful granite counter top called Alaskan White. This
top was suggested by David's wife, Lana, also an employee of MIR. Next,
Lana helped pick out the gorgeous tile and stunning design above the
sink area. All the tile and granite were highlighted by a series of
overhead LED lighting that replaced the old florescent light. Tarps were
painstakingly placed on the hardwood floor and cabinets to protect flooring
and to keep dust to a minimum. He used a dust free hole saw to cut out the ceiling drywall for the can lights.
All new appliances were added (Mr. Marshall installed the microwave oven and the gas range saving us some money).
We are completely satisfied with our new kitchen and, in fact, it surpassed our expectations.
It is the focal point of our home as we spend a lot of time in our kitchen area. I would most definitely recommend Masters IN Renovation for any type of remodeling.
As a whole, the company was extremely professional and up front about ALL expenses. The quote was detailed and all inclusive. I found this very comforting as other contractors provided a quote and when I asked questions the standard response was and quot;Well, that might be a little extra.and quot; It was refreshing to deal with contractors who were upfront and honest from the very beginning. No hidden charges.
I can't say enough about my satisfaction! In short, Masters In Renovation is innovative, professional, clean, punctual, helpful, patient, customer oriented, honest and upfront.
