About us

This is an owner operated business, I owned an operated an Electrical firm in Florida for 19 years. I specialized in Residential wiring. I also hard a large service department. Service or "problem" solving was a strong suite for me. Lastly I think that you will be hard pressed to find someone that will SHOW UP,CALL YOU, TREAT YOU FAIR and be licensed more than I will. I carry a Master Electrical License in Florida along with an Inspector certification and Electrical Contractor and Master Electrician in Kentucky.

This was my third service call over the course of the last month, during which Mr. Mantz installed two bathroom exhaust fans, one set of bathroom vanity lights, two bathroom over head lights,  and a switch for my garbage disposal.  My house was built in 1955, some of the fixtures were original and quirky, including oddly shaped connections for today's fans/fixtures.  Mr. Mantz was able to install them all so that they function correctly and improve the appearance of the rooms in which he installed them. He always asked how I wanted the work to be performed, offered advice where choices needed to be made, listened to my opinions and completed the work as requested.  He was consistent about arriving when scheduled or keeping me updated when he was coming from another job and the arrival time could not be precisely scheduled.  He was also conscientious about cleaning up after the work.  I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs electrical work performed during the course of home remodeling, repairs or additions.
