M & M HEAT PUMP SVC

Excellent response. I have used M&M for over 30 years, and have always had great service. They are thorough and professional with clear explanations. M&M diagnosed the issues, acquired the needed parts and repaired my furnace quickly. By the way, despite the company name, they don't only work on heat pumps-this time the repair was for our gas furnace.

I still have it and it is still working. They have just always given very good service and they are very nice people to deal with.

Such great people, friendly and understanding. Gave me an exact time they would arrive (not a huge window of time like others) and came right on time! Explained what they were doing and why, answered all my questions politely. It was apparent I didnt know anything about my AC unit and they could have taken advantage of that, but they didnt. Highly recommend this company!

This company is great. Very professional. We have used them in the past. They show up when they say they will, return phone calls and provide excellent, reasonably priced service. They earn customer loyalty. We had to go out of town and were very comfortable giving them access to our home while we were away.

Someone else told us we needed a whole new furnace that was going to be $2,000. They were just fantastic. They came within 30 minutes and put in a $400 part and it is just perfect. We would definitely use them again.

He knows what he's doing and he's not exorbitantly priced. I will most definitely use him in the future.

Had a Copeland compressor fail in a five year old Goodman Heat Pump installed by somebody else. The compressor itself was under (parts only) warranty, so we paid for labor, freon, capacitor, acid test kit, and a new wiring harness. Mand M took care of getting all the parts, including dealing with Goodman on the warranty. They gave us an estimate that turned out to be almost exact, told us when the parts were going to arrive, told us when they were going to do the work, showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and cleaned up when they were done. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or recommend them to a friend.
