well. arrived as ordered. installed. follow up to see if satisfactory

failed to follow through to ensure the subcontractors were making contact.  Waited almost 3 weeks, finally went to store and 
cancelled the order.

The experience was fine I did not have any problems. They were here when they said they were going to be. When I saw on line there was nothing mention about transportation charges but now he's charging me extra for the transportation.

my husband caught one of the installers (Sam's helper) taking items out of my husbands tool box. we reported theft to LOWES and requested anther installer to complete install. Installer told my husband he was looking for electrical tape. Why would he deed electrical tape to install kitchen cabinets.....
Our cabinet install was in February 2015. Installer were using the garage to assemble cabinets. Weather was cold/snow. Now with warmer weather, we are missing several items: a chain saw (we purchased another) and box of trash compactor bags (100 ct, we've purchased another). As we look for items i
'' update what we cant find. 
John (second) installer wiped the new hickory wood cabinets down (to train them) with paint thinner. which removed the factory finish. I reported this to the LOWES, a manager came out and said LOWES will replace ALL the cabinet doors. All the cabinet doors were replaced. John showed us where the first installers (Sam) had installed 2 cabinets with 1 screw, saying it would have felled down. 

Good price, was on sale.  No one offered assistance to locate item, or help get it to the check out.

It went fine. It was a fairly good experience. The process time took a little time for them to go through their quoting and then get their material in and stuff. Other than that, they got it in and put in place.

Employees gave great service in assisting with purchase.

They were punctual, clean, mannerly and did not smoke!! The finished job is beautiful!!

Upon recommendation of Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning I purchased my heat Pump through Lowe's. Lowe's worked with Comfort to save me time in the quoting process as the sizes and types of units needed were already known. Lowe's then contacted me, helped me with financing through their credit card at a low rate and then arranged for Comfort (one of their contracted installers) to be at my home the next day. Lowe's was involved from the beginning in making sure all the steps happened as they said they would. They also called to follow up the afternoon of the installation to make sure all was ok. They provided me with documentation for the warranty and even came to my workplace to have me sign the papers for the work to be done. It was a great experience.

Everything went well, we noticed savings in energy after the installation, and we will definitely use them again.

It went very well all colors matched up with the customers existing paint.

I would not do business with Lowes Frankfort again in the future if I didn't have to. They gave me a credit card, and I probably spent $35000 on that card. The thing that's been a problem is, the management having their staff who were very nice and very accommodating called me and told me I have to get those doors out of their warehouse, because they might get damaged if somebody runs a hand truck or a piece of equipment into them. And I told them, the house isn't built yet, I can't bring the doors out to an open field. They said I just have to get them out. And this is only the one in Frankfort. We didn't get any calls from the ones in the other locations where we also got other stuffs from, but we occasionally get a reminder about the stuff at Hamburg, and they're very nice. But the one in Frankfort, they had just been obnoxious. We had to return a patio door that had been set in the open, and it wasn't completely installed, and we know there's a problem with it. It was actually a wrong door, and they did not want to check it back, then we asked the contractor to remove it from the door and as best as he could, put it back in a packaging material so that we were going to get Lowes Frankfort to come and get it. They did come and get it, they did refund it, but it was only after we had deal with much grief over it.

The installation went perfectly. The door was installed in less than an hour and works perfectly. They adjusted the spring so the door shuts perfectly without the annoying bang that always occurred before. The total cost was less than another major home service company gave me an estimate for. I would highly recommend this Lowes.

We had some scheduling, communication issues. They didn't know that I was on a time line, there were some things that were not ordered at the time, and they didn't coordinate that with the contractor. I ordered with them in September and they installed it in December. I dint have any other choices because they were the only people that did hardy board siding. I don't have any complains with the contractor, they were good and I didn't mind them being in my home; I trusted him. I had a few little things that go along with any remodel like when they measured the windows, the windows were small in two of the bedrooms, fortunately on the same side of the house, but the contractor did the best he could because he gave them the measurements and they didn't order the right windows. So the person at Lowes didn't do the ordering correctly but the contractor tried to fix it instead of reordering. They got the job done and when I went to the side of the house, I saw that my windows were uneven. One of my windows is an inch or two below the other one. I didn't want to make them come back and redo it because it was not that bad. So those were the little glitches but I do wish that my windows were identical.

Those experiences were decent, they weren't great, but they weren't the worse I have had either. The carpet installation was great. The price was good, and we got great quality carpets. The installation was one of the better installations that I have had in carpets. They did a good job and they were subcontractors that did that. My only issue with Lowes is that I have to pay everything upfront, I really don't like to do that, and that was my only concern. The window and the siding installation was a huge job; it was a $19000 job.

They actually had what I needed but I did to wander around a little while before I find somebody to help me with what I needed. They were very professional.

They were nice and they did a good job. It was a little difficult because it was pretty cold out but they did well. I had them come out and do some adjustments, but they came right out and got right on it. I don't have any complaints. I priced around and they give veterans a 10% discount so they were a little lower.

Called Lowes warranty department. After 35 days I still do no have a working cooker. They have sent five technicians and several parts but no one seem to know how to fix it and Lowes doesn't want to replace it. They promise to call and do not. I fix commercial appliances for a living and can not see their logic. This has cost them much more than a replacement and they have me truly p*****. Will never do appliances through Lowes again. This is the worst customer service I have received from a large company like this. This is after spending over $20000 in a complete kitchen package with several appliances.

The service is awful. When you go in, you can't find an employee to help you, but then you will see two or three talking. I didn't get any help. The cashiers are good.

I visited Lowe's to purchase my dryer because of an ad in the Sunday paper. The store had the model in stock, and the salesperson didn't try to pressure me to buy a more expensive brand. They promised to deliver the dryer the next day, and made good on that promise. They also hauled my old broken dryer away.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

There was a minor problem but they came right back out and fixed it. I'm very satisfied.
