LOWE'S

Getting assistance is real simple. Just go to the various departments. The stoves and the refrigerators are in one spot and the plumbing, where the water heaters are, are in another. You just walk to the area and someone comes up to see you. Real easy. The delivery and installation was real good. They set all that up. They used licensed contractors for the water heater, which they have to be a licensed plumber to do that. As far as the refrigerator and the stove, they were just delivery people, but they did just fine. Real easy. I use them when they aren't an emergency and if something can wait.

The carpeting was great. We had gotten an estimate from them a year before, but they were able to go back and pull up the estimate and gave us the same pricing. They also let us do a smaller section of it. It was very easy. They came when I needed them to come. I needed carpeting in ten days because my parents were coming. They did a good job.

They weren't outstanding, but they're very good. I would buy an appliance from them again. Sometimes their delivery leaves a little bit to be desired. When your husband has to help the guy bringing in the refrigerator because it's just one older man by himself with a refrigerator, it's not really good planning. They've also done carpeting for us and their installers were great. We got a good price, with the carpeting on sale, and they worked within my time schedule to install it. The refrigerator needed to be here within a couple of days and they made that work. You know using them that they're not going to go out of business if you later have a problem. I've never had a reason to mistrust Lowe's.

They did a very good job. There was a problem where a sash broke on one of the windows and they were attentive in replacing that. They were attentive when we had an issue.  They were here when they said they would be here.  I did have to call and follow-up with them because we were dealing with two different companies, so it was just the nature to make sure that we had communication correctly.  I think overall they have been very good.

I use them all the time.  They are great.  They were totally satisfactory.  We were very happy with them.  They are very helpful and very suggestive about things to improve and things we are doing.  We are just very satisfied with them.  Their price is competitive.  We've never had a complaint with them at all.

Got a great deal on a scratch and dent Samsung Stainlees refrigerator. It was delivered on time and safely.
