+ -1 moreExcellent! They got it done in one day. They came through with the carpeting and padding that I had requested for. I had no problems with that. The contract included three men to do the work. It was a big job to get done in one day and they did an excellent job. They had to remove the old carpet, padding, and furniture before they put in the new carpet. For them to come in to do the job, it took a week or two but they had to work with my schedule as well. They showed me how they took the carpet from one end of the dining across through the living room to the hallway all in one piece. I was impressed.
Description of Work: They replaced carpeting and padding on the main floor, the stairs, all bedrooms and the hallway.

+ -1 moreStill trying to get them to replace the dishwasher but despite many promises that "my case manager" will contact me immediately, I continue to live without the dishwasher and have not been contacted.
Description of Work: After purchasing all new appliances, Lowes refuses to replace dishwasher which has been broken down 3 times in less then 1 year. It is the same issue each time but Lowes sends a service man who then has to order part and come back weeks later to finish the repair. Warranty is out in 2 weeks so now they are completely ignoring requests for help.

+ -1 moreThe purchase was a piece of cake. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and found exactly what I was looking for. I often find that Lowe's has a great selection. In the past I've purchased all kinds of home improvement materials there. In 2007, I spent nearly $1500 over the course of the year. I am rarely unsatisfied.
Description of Work: Today I just bought a black floor lamp and some fluorescent light bulbs. The lamp was on sale, plus I had a $10 off coupon for any purchase over $25!
