house cleaning
+ -1 moreAt first I tried to look over their problems and gave them the opportunity to organize themselves better. It soon became evident that it was their routine for doing business so it did not go well.
Description of Work: These ladies were hired by the hour to do basic housecleaning- dusting, vacuuming, baths, and kitchen. Even after writing down on their calendar the date and time they were mixed up when the day came causing them to be very late or not show at all. They also spent excessive amounts of time talking instead of cleaning. Eventually the job was at least mostly done but in end not worth the extra trouble.
