Liz Moreno initially did a highlight and cut on my hair. During that visit she sold me a Keratin Complex Smoothing treatment service for my hair at a cost of $275.00. She explained to me that this treatment would make a significant difference on the care that would need to be performed on my hair, I was told that I would not need to use a straightener nor would I have to spend as much time styling my hair due to having this treatment. Being someone that constantly struggles with my hair you can imagine my excitement. The results on my hair were not as expected or explained by Liz. I initially asked for a refund and she suggested we try a conditioner process first, I hesitantly agreed. This too did not make any difference for my hair. After my second wash I sent Liz a message. I requested a partial refund of $125.00 from the $318.00 which included my tip, since there had been no change in my hair. I have now sent this request two times and Liz has not acknowledged me in anyway. As a service provider and business owner her acumen should be to address and respond fairly to customer requests.
