It went just fine. Just to let you know Scott works alone and sometimes you have to be a little flexible but I have been using him for my plumbing needs for a few years and does a great job and I have yet to have him return for anything that he has done. I know things happen but so far he's 100% here and proud to call him my plumber and this day and age someone I fully trust.

This was follow thru on work done early this year....The hot water heater had stopped working......Scott came back and I had hot water again in a few minutes.....No charge for making the call, no charge for his time.........Lots of plumbers can fix a leak , etc. , but a plumber with character and concern for his customers is truly a revelation.....You can hire Lilly Plumbing knowing you have a teammate

Scott was on time....preformed work as required in a timely fashion...very professional, polite and friendly....and left the work area clean and the price was very reasonable.... He also does all the plumbing for Redmond's garden center...

He was on time, punctual in his work.....Finished in a reasonable amount of time....I was very happy with the results....A month later a small issue developed and he came back to make it right at no charge....I would definitely use him again

Work was performed while I was on vacation. I received a detailed report of the work completed.Everything works well and looks good. Area was cleaned up (better than before he arrived)

He burned our tub enclosure while soldering pipes behind the enclosure. My husband had gone to work and after Mr. Lilly finished, I saw the damage and pointed it out to him. When I told Mr. Lilly that he had damaged the tub, he denied that he had done it. When my husband got home, saw the damage, and called Mr. Lilly, he didn't deny it to my husband and he did pay to replace the tub enclosure.
