This company is currently being investigated by the state of Kentucky consumer fraud division. They have so many complaints they moved beyond remediation. They are still operating to try and steal people's money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. This is the worst company in the entire state and if you allow them onto your property or entertain the possibility of using them to repair your roof IT WILL BE THE BIGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE. The con starts right from the start with the door hangers and company info they use to promote their company. They DO NOT have an A+ rating with the BBB - in fact read all the complaints that have been filed with the BBB about this company. They are a NOT a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association - this was confirmed by the NRCA who advised they were issuing a warning to Lexington Blue to remove this claim from their advertising. Pay no attention to the reviews that are on their website. They are padded with a lot of ratings done by the staff and owner. We found out about that info from two of their staff after they left the company. To get real understanding about the type of operation Lexington Blue runs, read the BBB complaints, read the YELP reviews, read the Google reviews - Read the Reddit’s that about this company - their bad service, their false advertising - their out of control sign campaigns - it will make you sick to see what this company is doing and make you question how they have been allowed to remain in business and continue to mislead customers, take their money and not do the work or if they do the work it will be sub par and will just lead to further repairs and damages to your home. I was one of those homeowners who answered the door in August of 2024 and fell for their false credentials and matching polo shirts and the reviews on THEIR website. They inspected my roof, called my insurance company, filed a claim and callled or texted Everyday to see if my insurance company had sent the check for the claim yet. As soon as the check came they showed up at our door. Requested the full amount of the claim and advised that they would file for the supplementals and they would perform the room repairs in the next 4 to 6 weeks. I could go on and on and give you a detailed overview of the nightmare that would follow but let me give you the quick overview of what has occurred and what we are still dealing with almost 7 months later. Hundreds of unanswered telephone calls and text message, more lies and broken promise that you can even imagine, discovering the hundreds of dissatisfied customers that they have and are currently scamming. Finding out that after the 4 to 6 weeks had passed that their was a queue of over 300 customers ahead of us and they would call when we were next in line. After the false advertising and missing their deadline I asked for my deposit back and advised them I would go elsewhere and being informed that it take 6 to 10 weeks and they charge 15% for cancelling a job. If you do get a refund even a partial one it can bounce when you put it in your bank (read the story of what that customer went through and their reviewof this company). Getting letters from this company saying that we had been approved for the supplemental claims and gave directions to call them when that check arrived so that they could get that money as well so that the repairs would happen on time. This was 12 weeks into this ordeal and after calling our insurance company we were advised that it was all a lie and they had filed for nothing. They ignore Letters of Demand even after getting it via certified mail. I am 66 years old and have a home that my mother and I own. She is 86 years old and has advanced Parkinson’s. We are having to hire an attorney and sue this company to get our money returned to us so I can have the repairs done to our roof that is going to require even more repairs than it did when this all started. Please avoid getting conned by this group. Read about the owner, stay clear of the employee Danny Liponi - he will lie and con you out of every cent he can and then just stop taking your calls. This should not be possible for this company to be allowed to remain open

It was a pleasure to meet Reggie. Reggie was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable, performing the inspection with great care and in careful detail. Reggie went far beyond expectations, he even checked out one of my gutters. I really appreciated that’s as I’m not getting on no foot lol I’ll be sure to keep him in mind in the future for others, and I would be happy to recommend him.

The process was professional and the work was excellent. Kamron and his crew we not only focused on the job but made sure we were always informed and made sure we had no questions. The photos and updates on how the work was progressing was appreciated and unexpected. The care taken after the work was done was quite impressive, the clean up process was thorough. Kamron main the whole process perfect experience.

This company backs up what they say! You just don’t see customer service like you do with Lexington Blue. It’s unbelievable!! It’s almost hard to explain and you will need to experience it yourself to understand. The whole crew was amazing but Shane and Kamron were exceptional at communicating and keeping me informed.

Absolutely awful. Worst communication ever. Weeks of delays. Missed the first start date. Missed the second one too. Made up stories about insurance supplement requests they never actually filed. No quality control on site and they sub-contracted the work to a firm in Georgetown. Had to chase after them for everything.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lexington Blue is by far the WORST company I’ve ever contracted for ANYTHING. The whole time I thought I was being scammed…and my suspicions were correct. These people will do whatever they can to scam you out of your money. They didn’t do $1,000 worth of work but refused to take it off the invoice. Sent some greasy looking man to my home to threaten me with collections if I don’t pay within 5 business days. Tried contacting them to arrange payment and wouldn’t you know no one answered my calls for 3 hours. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look at Bone Dry Roofing. They’re 500X better than Lexington Blue. Also, these good reviews are from employees and families of employees, and little old ladies who they scammed out of thousands, allegedly. Every person I’ve come in contact with is a garbage human and could care less about the quality of their work. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Quickly spiraled down hill. Lots of false promises were made prior to receiving the initial insurance payment. My check was cashed, then the excuses started on why they couldn't provide me an estimate for work requested in addition to the roof replacement. The last 2 weeks have been a struggle just to get a partial refund. Yes, partial because the original "waiver to allow me to meet with the adjuster on the property," or so it was presented was actually a contract, supposedly. I never saw a contract until the refund was requested at which point they sent me a picture of a copy of the "waiver" I signed along with a separate picture of a wrinkled up contract. I asked to see the original agreement I supposedly signed and they showed me a COPY of the "waiver" which had a COPY of that contract copied to the backside. VERY SHADY! Coincidentally, multiple employees and former employees have left 5 star reviews. Aaron D, Alex S, Kamron H. Whatever you do DONT CAll LEXINGTON BLUE!

Pros.Highly recommend Lexington Blue. Sales Rep Dekota was extremely helpful with getting my insurance to replace my roof, Kyles chambers the on sight QC manager was very helpful through the process. The roofers themselves did a good job, Cons roofers were subcontracted out, their work was great but they had several jobs going on at one time. They showed up later then promised and took them an extra day to finish. I am still finding nails on the drive way. The finished part of the roof looks great. All in all I highly recommend this company.

Having the roof replaced due to wind and hail damage. Josh H has helped me through the process and has been great to work with. He made the inspection, drew up a report, and worked with my insurance to make the claim process easy. The crew is here now doing the work, and is doing a great job. They have laid out the tarps and protected the area as promised, and are about to start the install. Will update once complete, but so far I’m very happy with the whole experience.

The entire process went smoothly for the most part. Getting the ball rolling from quote to materials was snappy. There was some delay with scheduling but they informed us as such so it was completely acceptable. There was also a minor issue with the work but they above and beyond to correct it. All in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend them and or hire them again.
