It's clean, convenient, and has all the equipment that meets almost anybody need as far as workouts. It's just a full service athletic club. It's very reasonable.

I think he is very thorough and competent. He is friendly. He is accessible, because I go to that facility already and I think my treatment has been successful. I go there for physical therapy. I go there because what my condition is now is covered by insurance, but should that not be covered he can also help you with training programs.

I am a member and I just use the facility. I pay monthly. I was very pleased. If you have any questions they are always there to answer. I did have a trainer for a short period of time, actually 10 times and once a week. It was an excellent experience. It is close to my house and I have a discount with my work provider.

I have been using Lexington Athletic Club for about 10 years as a fitness center. They do offer classes at this facility but I just use the general work out area. It is a very nice facility.
