Horrible. Spent $2000.00 on a new pool cover and other supplies and was credited with only 114 points. You are supposed to get much more than that. Ron at the Shelbyville Rd store is great but the company is horrible - you can't get a live person when you call customer service and the Rewards program is a scam because they short you on point rewards.

It was fine. It was done well. They're not in town. It took a long time to get to the appointment. It's the only thing I have against it.
