"We never got one single complaint from member, Jeremy always mowed her lawn when it was needed. It is not our policy to mow a lawn and charge the customer for that mow when it did not need to be mowed. If the member was unhappy with our service I wish we could have gotten a phone call....We were never given the opportunity to match the less expensive price.
