I liked the management alot. They both seemed nice and professional. But my child had a lot of behavior issues there. Whenever you would walk in to the classroom it was wild- I attributed it to the fact the ratio of boys to girls was really high. After we left and went to a different preschool my sons behavior issues have "magically" dissapeared. He runs into his school to hug his teacher every morning, something that didn't happen before, and has excelled in the new setting, and it is $25 cheaper per week. The classrooms don't seem so out of control, the children are all much better behavied. I also neglected to turn off the autodraft when we left, so they autodrafted out of my account, even though he wasn't there because no one sent in the paperwork. Fingers were pointed from the school to the company who handles payments and back to the school. I don't care whose fault it was, it should not have taken A MONTH and four phone calls to have $190 returned to me. The district manager wouldnt return my calls, though she was evidentally the one who had to approve the refund.

The experience was great... I usually have to have my cat sedated before he is groomed. They were able to groom him without sedation. He even purred during the procedure....

They were great. They always took great care of my child. The only low rating I gave was on price because over 200 a week is so much money.

They are caring, flexible, and attentive. They are very responsible.
