I ordered two flower arrangements to be sent to my parents for their 65th wedding anniversary. One from my husband and myself and one was from my dad to my mom. The arrangement from us was a beautiful Fall arrangement. But their was a miscommunication regarding the arrangement from my dad to my mom. I contacted Karen about it and she was kind and cared enough to take care of it. She offered a refund or a new arrangement to be sent to my mom from my dad. I have ordered from her in the past and never had a problem. The arrangements were always beautiful. But it was nice to know if there was a problem, Karen was more than willing to make things right.
BTW, I had trouble finding her listing on your site as you have it as Creations by Karen but it is actually Kreations by Karen.
