Kenny was prompt, couteous, and stayed on task, finished in reasonable amount of time.

Kenny was prompt and professional. I feel his assessment was on target and matched other assessments I've had regarding the quality of our windows, gutters, roof. He grabbed his caulk gun and filled some spots that were very visible. He told me his charges are $35 per hour with a 2 hour minimum which I think are reasonable. This is in NO way a negative comment, however, I was somewhat surprised that there was a minimum 2 hour charge for this initial visit. Or did the minimum 2 hour charge apply because I said okay when he offered to get his caulk gun to fill some glaring spots? I'm not very clear on this, however, I did NOT ask beforehand so I can't complain. I do recommend to Kenny that he clarify charges before he schedules a visit, and of course, I do recommend that customers ask so they know up front what to expect. I had failed to follow my own advise. If I had known I would have made arrangements with my job to have the 2 hours off and I would have had more windows caulked. As it was, he caulked a few glaring spots, gave me his assessment and we wrapped this visit up in about an hour or less because I had to get to work.

Kenny has always done quality work at a reasonable price. He is the kind of person you would want around your home. He is completely trustworthy and can be depended upon to get there when you need him. He is a life-long resident of Lexington, living his entire life in the Chevy Chase area.
