Ken Towery's Tire and Auto Care

On July 4, the tire went flat on our truck. We went ahead and got a new set of tires after getting towed to Ken Towery's on Broadway. After 1 week, and less than 135 miles of driving the rear left wheel fell off while towing an excavator, and with 1600 lbs of concrete in the bed. I am absolutely astounded by how a company whose job is tires could completely forget to torque the lugs on BOTH rear tires.... We have simply asked for them to fix the tires, we aren't even asking for the extensive damage to the truck be repaired at this point, but they have been giving us the run-around for days now, and it's time to get lawyers involved. Avoid this establishment like the plague they are.

Brought in my car due to tire loosing pressure- Tires had over 100k miles on them. Advised I should just replace them all. Gave me a reasonable deal and changed all tires in about 2 hours. No problems.

I've taken my car to them several times and all have been good experiences. They were one of the few shops that would align the wheels in my 1966 Chevrolet Impala and it came out fine.

I would give them a very good rating. My experience with them has been very good because they're friendly, professional and make you feel very comfortable, as a woman going into a garage, sometimes that's not always the case. I actually happen to know a fair amount about cars and I find them very reasonably priced. They're not constantly trying to sell you stuff you don't need. They basically do what they say they're going to do. I've been very happy with all the work I've had done, though sometimes they are a little slow.
