Took the vehicle in due to noise under the hood, the mechanic looked it over and found that it was only some radiator fluid spilled on the belt. Told us what to do and how to clean it off and we went on our way. Did what he told us to do (took about 15 minutes) and problem solved. We will be back with any future service work.

The service person was friendly, professional, and very informative. This company did not try to rip off a single girl with a flat tire at the end of a long night shift. The car was ready before promised time. The quality of work was superior. This was a very pleasant experience for a single girl.

They didn't have enough of the tires I requested in stock so they cut me a small discount on a set in the next price tier. Professional, friendly staff and cleaner than most garages.

YEARS ago (probably 8 or so years), my daughter had a problem with her vehicle that she thought might be a major issue. She had never been to Ken Towery's before. She took her car in, and half an hour later had it back. It was a simple clamp replacement, and the charge was under $20. They could have soaked her but didn't. I have been bringing my vehicles to them ever since. They have always treated me fairly, fully explaining any work or problems. Their prices are fair, and they treat customers with respect. Unless something drastic happens, they will have my business as long as they are there.
