 + -1 moreWe have had Nick preform several repair jobs at our house. He did some major remodeling work at my mom's house which came out very well including roof repair, ceiling repair, drywall repair and bathroom remodeling. At our house we had several issues where the builder left things improperly done. Instead of replacing a huge part of the roof, Nick found the issue was with an incorrectly installed gutter and this repair turned out to be much more minor than we had feared. Nick came out to our house and spent some time, free of charge, evaluating the problem and then telling us exactly what needed to be done and he gave us a very accurate estimate of the cost. The job was completed, no mess left behind, no more water coming through into our attic. This is another example of the small local guy who takes pride in his work and wants you as a repeat customer.
