Well, when my ex-husband passed away and his air conditioning wasn't working. So, I called my friends at KATS, and they sent somebody out that same day. I've been with them for many years. I had to have $200 worth of freon put in. It took about 30 minutes I think to complete the work. They were very nice. Since my usual KATS serviceman was on vacation today, the management sent out a representative from another company who took care of my problem quickly and completely. I'm just so happy that KATS could see to it that I didn't have to suffer through this 90 degree heat. I've been a customer of theirs ever since they opened this business and have always been pleased with their service.

They basically turned off a motor and were at the rental property for 15minutes, and charged me $100. They did no maintenance. They just did visual observation and didn't do the work correctly. My bill wasn't adjusted. They always were not punctual. I had to call them multiple times. Basically I am to pay them $115 to turn my fan off.

"Hope all is well. I certainly apologize if you feel we did not respond to your service request--an attic noise. We discovered a failing power ventilator and turned off per your tenant's request. While there, we changed the dirty filter, verified the condensate drain was clear and check the Freon level. We never received payment and wrote off the service call. Take care."
