Fantastic! Karen's schedule was flexible for house hunting. She encouraged us to look at different types of houses, so she could get a feel for what we liked and didn't like about them. She was patient with us and didn't seem in a hurry. She worked within our price range, never pushing us toward more expensive houses. We brought our 3 year old son with us to look at houses and Karen always tried to include him. She researched the market and neighborhood well for us. The offer/inspection/appraisal process went smoothly. She communicated well with us and with the seller's Realtor. Karen represented us well throughout the buying process. Unlike other Realtors we have worked with, Karen has kept in touch. Months after the sale, she even mailed us information about a tax credit we may qualify for.
