It just so happened that my first choice for glass work on my pickup was the same as my insurance company's --Shamrock. So the insurance company made the arrangement. The response right to my home 32 miles away was very quick. The results were beautiful. The overall service was highly professional. I am very pleased.

They returned my calls. Showed up on time. They where quick and professional. As far as price, I don't have anything to compare it to but it seemed expensive.

Every aspect from initial contact to job completion was handled expertly, professionally and competently. The job came in at a bit under the estimate, everyone was friendly. Very happy with the overall experience.

I found them through Google. The work they performed was great and they provided me with great service. I would refer them to others.

This was a very good experience. They were super good to deal with, fast and did what they said they would do. The insurance paid for it. They were extremely professional on the phone and had a nice waiting area when I was at the shop. They expected me to be there and there were no surprises during the installation. They quickly put the windshield in and I will use them again in the future.

When I initiallly called them, they said someone would get right back to me.  No one called until the next day (left a message - I was not home).  They said that they would be out the next day in the afternoon to give me an estimate.  No one came or called.  When I spoke to them the next day, the man said he had forgotten becouse he was on a big job.   He did come that day to give me an estimate.  He said that the window and screen would be delivered in about a week.  After more than two weeks had passed, I called them.  They said window and screen were in and that they would call me around lunch time the next day to tell me when they would be here.  They said they had been too busy to call me and install the window and screen..  They did call they next day and said that the weather was not right to install the window.   They called back in about an hour and said that the weather was better and they would come after all.  They arrived at the specified time.  They were polite, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing.  The window seems to be fine. 

This company seems incapable of sceduling their time so that they can make appointments in advance.  They seem to think you are supposed to wait at home (for days?  weeks/) for them to call and say they are coming over.  Also, I do not like it when a company tells me how busy they are with other work.  After all, I am a customer, too.  Why aren't they busy with my work?  Next time, I may try another company unless I am feeling extremely patient.

They are awesome. My kid had kicked the basket ball at his brother from the street and that went through the second floor double panes. We had to leave town and so I had to do all of it by phone. These people came out, did an estimate, gave me the price over the phone and I gave him my credit card number. Few days after when I returned home they came out and they replaced the window. Now you would not know that the ball went through it. They were extremely professional. My girl friend met them at my house by herself and she felt perfectly safe. They were wonderful. I have recommended them already. They are primarily car window replacement company. Instead of replacing the entire window from frame to frame they replace just the pane. So that is why it is so inexpensive. That is what I needed. I would be using them in the future.

He came on time for the quote. They showed up when they said and cleaned the mess up. Also they had good follow through and a fair price. They did a very good job fixing the window, and they cleaned up all of the broken glass. It was a very good service overall. I thought that the price was very fair for the size of the window and installation.
