I reported weak flush action of 14 year old toilet in home I had purchased a year ago, and he first offered a cheap alternative (acid rinse for algae). We did have algae but removing it did not remove the core problem - the toilet itself. He replaced the toilet in a little over an hour with a new cheap one (rental unit) and it's great.
