We have hired him, but we have to wait for better weather because it is an outdoor project. The quote was $5,600. So far, I am pretty happy. He was very responsive and he got right back to us. I know he at one point was working on it during the bad weather because he had called me and he had been talking with the office that issues the permits. So I know he has not completely forgotten. The price was pretty good compared to everybody else. There were some that were higher and some that were lower, but the lower ones were not as qualified. We felt comfortable choosing him. He will be doing the work once spring gets here.

He is a perfectionist, very honest, punctual, and reasonable. I couldn't give any higher remarks for anyone. Absolutely amazing service.
