They were good . They done several things for me and it was amazing.

They did a good job. They came in within 45 minutes. It was hard to get a plumber in a short notice and it was really great.

He was very good. It was prompt and down well.

The company was very responsive. The work was done the same day. Had arranged for them to do some follow up work the next week but did not hear from the company. Everything done was very well done, though.

Excellent. The young man came within 30 minutes of my call. He found the problem right away and fixed it in a more professional manner than the pipe was originally installed.

They were quick to come out ant look at my situation. They fixed the leaking pipe and removed the standing water. Great guys!

I first called H2O Maestro to quote the project since I had used Fayette Heating and Air previously for replacing a heat pump. H2O Maestro charged me $79 to provide a quote for $2,419. I then turned to Angie's List and called John Estes Plumbing & Heating. They are classic plumbers (the invoices are hand written) and very responsive. The new water heater was the same dimensions as the old one and it took them about 2.5 hours. The final cost was $1,350, which was less than their original quote and much less than H2O Maestro. Based on work quality, cost, and professionalism, I highly recommend John Estes Plumbing & Heating.

I called John Estes Plumbing when they opened and left a message, within 30 minutes or less they'd returned my call and said they'd be out that day.  They called before they came to verify my problem and make sure they had the right parts with them.  Two plumbers came and had everything replaced and repaired within a very short time. I have already referred them to a friend and will use them again.

The two plumbers who came out went above and beyond to find a leak and repair.  They are thorough, hardly makes a mess, respectful of the property. One had to cut a couple of holes and he was very careful to cut the hole neatly and accurately, but at the same time, quickly.  They clean up any mess they make.  I will continue to use them and recommend them.

He supposedly fixed the leak but said he couldn't complete the work because it was connected to the irrigation, so he just left in the middle. The irrigation people found out that the joint in the pipe was still leaking and told me that the 'plumber charged you just for digging a hole'. He did not complete the work, and insisted the payment on the same day which my wife had to because his workers were not ready to leave without taking the check. I tried contacting him repeatedly to share the cost with irrigation, but he did not respond. I've never had this kind of experience.

Excellent.  They were able to do the work in less than two hours, which kept the cost down on what I had done.   I have used this plumber for several jobs over the last five years and have found them to be excellent in everything they do.
