Freddie greeted me and listened to my problem and told me they were busy but would try to be speedy about the service. Ended up needing two batteries and some recall work done. Got the Mercedes back the next day. Cost was as I had expected.

Very well. They told me what work needed to be done immediately, and what could be done at my discretion.

They did not do a complete analysis of the work and so when they completed the work they started on that they said needed to be done, the air conditioning didn't work and they told us it would be another $3500. It was not a good experience on that.
