"Sorry you were not happy with the service we provider, Mr [Member Name Removed]. But as you may recall, the IRS advised they found your extension form, and cleared your account of all interest charges. Please verify for others reading our reviews. Rick"
"Never fun to read a bad review, although this is our first.... ever. This gentleman has been through 3 Accountants and 2 bookkeepers in 4 years. I should have expected him to post something ugly about us, since he complained to me personally about prior Accountant's work. Seems like trained professionals are always wrong, and he is always right. Never the less, we wish him and his new Accountant well. I believe 1 unfortunate instance after 35 years of practice, and 400+ active clients, is a pretty good record, and we stand by it. Please note the Gold Rush address Mr [Member Name Removed] used above is NOT his address ; it's ours. Rick"
"Thanks for your kind words. Look forward to working with you again in 2019. Rick"
"It was a pleasure working with you Ms. [Member Name Removed]."
"Pleasure meeting you, [Member Name Removed]. Thanks for the kind words, and we look forward to helping with tax returns again next year."
"Thank you sir. It's been a pleasure working with you."
"Pleasure working with you. Lunch with your little ones was great ! Looking forward to seeing some big numbers from that new company."
On top of that Mr. O'Rourke wouldn't accept payment until I received my refunds to further prove that his corrections were working. Clearly a top notch company.
They will be the only company I and my wife will use for any of our future tax and accounting needs.
"It was nice meeting you, sir. Happy to have helped clear up the tax issues. And thanks for posting a review on A.L. Our business was grown to 300+ clients in 14 states almost entirely by word-of-mouth advertising. So your kind words are very much appreciated. Looking forward to catching up with you next year. Rick"
"Thanks for your posting, [Member's name removed]. Great working with you all these years !"

"Thank you [Member Name]. It was very nice to meet you and your family. Glad we were able to identify the errors in your prior year returns before the IRS did. Looking forward to working with you again! All the best, Rick"

"Thank you (member name removed) for taking the time to post such a nice review. Mitzie and I enjoyed meeting you guys, and we are thrilled that we could do so much to help get your affairs in order, reduce your tax bill, and cut your tax prep fee so much. Remember, it's only work ! Can't wait to catch up with you at the end of Q2. All the best from both of us."
My parents have gone to Rick since as long as I can remember, so I was grandfathered in to his business. Once I started working in college, Rick was the obvious go-to for my taxes. Unfortunately, you really don't know what you have until it's gone. When I moved from Kentucky to Texas with my {now} husband Kevin, we used an accountant closer to home (still a referral from a friend), and boy, was that a mistake! We paid more than triple what Rick charges, and eventually (thanks to Rick) found out my husband's name had been used in multiple IRS submissions - a possible identity theft situation, but the new tax group told us nothing and didn't do anything to help us get answers. Luckily, after 9 months of no refunds, no information, and no assistance from this new guy, Rick came in to save the day! He helped us get everything figured out.
Not only did he help us get the initial mess worked out, but he has also acted as a trusted advisor when it comes to Kevin's work and our businesses. Rick helped us identify the appropriate time to incorporate my husband's business and obviously took the reins in completing the process. He's also helped me get my business going and is now helping my mom start her business as well.
I have recommended Rick to anyone who mentions either needing a good, trustworthy accountant or wanting to start a business. You cannot go wrong with Rick. He is a true family man who understands the need to balance life and work, but he somehow always seems available for his clients. Not to mention, Rick is great about responding quickly. Whether I've contacted him via email, voicemail, text or facebook, I don't think it's ever taken him more than 24 hours to respond.
Truly, I cannot say enough fantastic things about Rick O'Rourke. I recommend him 100%, and I think you would just be silly not to trust Rick with your business as well!
"Thank you for taking the time to post such a thorough review, [member name removed]. You're the best. Not sure I say it enough. Hope the new house back in Texas works out exactly as you plan, and we know the businesses will be a huge success. How could they not ? Thanks again."
"Thanks for taking time to write this review (deleted member name). We treat you like you bring in millions because we expect one day you will, and then nothing has to change about the level of service we provide, or with your expectations of us ! Best of luck with the new book. Rick"
"Thanks for taking time to post a review guys. Hard not to treat some people special, especially those who know how poorly you played Euchre back in college. And congrats on (name removed)'s graduation."
