+ -1 moreWe started with a bare unfinished basement with nothing but concrete and some house supports. We explained to Joe that we wanted it turned into a fun entertainment area with a gas fireplace, tile floor, home theater, full bathroom, old-English style pub bar, kid's toy and play area, and storage. We'd spoken to some other contractors and decorators and gotten their ideas, and they had some good ideas, but Joe was able to come up with a plan that we loved and could realistically work with. The entire project took about three months to complete, but was well worth it.
Description of Work: Joe Ingram with Ingram Home Improvement is a phenomenal general contractor. We had an unfinished basement that he helped us complete with a theater, bar, kid's room, and bathroom. He is one of the few people I've met that can bring "vision" to a project and see potential. He was very upfront and honest with what things would cost and how long they would take. Because of his experience and expertise, we now have a basement that we absolutely love. Joe handled all the carpentry work himself, and brought in subcontractors for plumbing, sheet rock, electrical, masonry, and HVAC. Joe made sure that all the pieces of the puzzle were taken care of, in terms of scheduling and quality.
