I have had the same water pipe burst 4-5 times over a 10 year period-- every time the temperature dropped below 10, it burst. Previous plumbing company welded, patched and fixed it each time, at considerable cost. These guys decided to check and see if there was a turn off valve to the pipe. Simple common sense. I can't believe I wasted all that time, all that money and had to do all that clean-up over all those years. The guys were able to come on the same day of the problem. They are a small company. All the big companies had busy phone lines or wouldn't be able to get there for a day or two.
I have called them again since that time to do some things for me. Always great to work with. They never overcharge and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.
