We are a Hearth and patio store, offering products for your indoor fireplace and outdoor living, including patio furniture, umbrellas, rugs and other accessories, grills and grill islands, pergolas, firepits and outdoor fireplaces. We have 17 employees. Our service techs and installers are full-time employees and either are NFI certified or are working on their certification. We offer financing thru Wells Fargo financing for purchases over a minimum dollar amount.

He cleaned the fireplace well and added new embers. He also fixed my remote control for the fireplace.

Everything went great! The technician even called me to see if he could come by a little early, and I said "heck yeah!". The fireplace service was so good that I was told I wouldn't have to buy new logs anytime soon. Now, just a nice clean burn for these cold winter nights...

They didn't do any work. I said I think the regulator is bad, and he said I was right it was bad, and that was the extent of the work.I would probably not use them again.

They're probably a little more expensive than comparable companies but they have quality products. They built a pergola and they had to put it up three times before they got it right. I didn't have a very good experience with them. The people at the store were great but the people who came out and did the work, I had problems with. They could have sent more qualified workers out here. The roof they put on my pergola, I replaced it last summer because it leaked and they never could fix it.

We were very pleased with our new custom ordered fireplace doors and gas logs. Anton brought out samples of custom door materials and spent a lot of time showing us our many options. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the service and information we received at the store when choosing our gas logs. A small component of our logs went out and it was replaced promptly. We did have to wait some time for a ceramic log to be replaced that was broken; however, all in all, the process was smooth and the results look fabulous! Everyone at the store was friendly, and the installers were top notch. I would do business there again!

I called someother providers but they couldn't help me. So I called Housewarmings back again several weeks later to schedule a cleaning and confirm their price. And again I told they would get back to me. When they called, they gave me a totally different price. The technician did come as scheduled and did a wonderful price. However, when I saw their invoice it was for a price that was totally different (higher) than the prices they quoted me. The technician looked at it and told me the price was incorrect and charged me a reduced price which was the same as the price quoted to me the second time I had called. They're a good company, but keep track of the prices they quote you.
