These comments reflect only my opinion and personal experience with this closing attorney. My advice...do not use this attorney and their staff if you expect an accurate closing. In my opinion, and that of my friends who are attorneys, our closing was contaminated by being too lazy or incompetent to look up actual critical facts and current pertinent data, data which was available prior to our closing, data which was published in the local newspaper prior to closing. Also, after we closed, they sent our funds to the wrong address, and they had our updated information, which they deny they sent to the wrong address. Hey, I have a paper trail to stipulate otherwise. Please do yourself a favor and learn from me and the mistake I made trusting this firm, they are not worth your trust. Lastly, they are incapable of recognizing our displeasure in the manner our closing went, which is quite scary. Bring your own attorney if you get stuck with them so you know what you are signing. After the fact we were told that the problems we had "happen 4-5 times a week". Please think hard about using this firm....you will most likely be extremely disappointed. This is the firm that I think of when I hear one of those "lawyer jokes".
