Bill Hodges and his team were excellent from day one.  He stuck to the plans we asked him to carry out but also made good suggestions for improvements throughout the process.  Most importantly, it has been almost 6 years since the work was done and it has stood up very well.  I've had other professionals look at the work he did and all were impressed with the quality and attention to detail.  For example, he put copper sheeting at the tops of all the support piers under the house.  That helps prevent termites.  We didn't ask him to do that but it was a smart detail that adds to the long-term value of his work.

Hodges and Heathman's quality is excellent. I would defintely use them again in the future.

My one complaint if that it took so long to get the job completed. It was a small job and I needed to have it done before putting the house up for sale. This company was engaged in larger jobs and as a small job my project was not a priority for them. They were unfailingly polite.

While the project took a little longer than the estimated duration, the cost estimate was very close, only varying due to a small change order. The work was top notch.
