Everything was absolutely perfect. They came when they said they would as per agreement. Started early each day and came back until complete. The workers including the foreman, Tom, and Sammy the sales manager could not be better. Friendly, good suggestions, accommodating, etc. The materials used were good quality. Every neighbor loves the patio. They also put in a drip hose with timer for us. Sammy was always in touch and submitted the project to the Condo Board and explained and showed them what was being done. Excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Henkel-Denmark is in my estimation the premier firm in Lexington for this type work. their employees were terrific and the finished work has drawn great comments from neighbors. H-D provided the proposed design which we reviewed and we are more than satisfied with the results. the stonemasons were really good and it truly improved the front of our home. We have also used H-D for some smaller projects (total of 3 projects) over the past few years, and all of our experiences have been top-notch.
They are not a bargain-price operation, but the results are outstanding and they will make sure that you are pleased with the work.

They live at our house; they come all the time. They do a quality product but they are expensive. They put it in on time and they do a quality job. I worked with Sid and he is responsive and knowledgeable and great to work with. They are a high end Mercedes Benz dealer. They do it all. They are a one stop and shop. They are very dependable and they come back and fix it. I have been very pleased. We will keep them employed because my wife keeps needing things. Sid is excellent to work with. He is punctual, knowledgeable and creative. He and my wife get together and come up with all sorts of ways to spend my money. They are expensive and they charge one h*** of a price but they get it done. They are contractors and they do a good job at it. They send an army and they really coordinate it and get it done.

They are the only award wining landscaping company in town. I pay them on an annual basis. They are reliable and do all kinds of work. They are really good at paying attention to the things which I have underground. They did an excellent job with the shrubbery. The shrubbery which they got themselves and planted was very reasonably and fairly priced. I would use them again in the future.

The process from beginning to end was very smooth, communication was great and we were very pleased.

They started in the middle of May and ended the work by the end of June. They were first rate. The good thing about them is that they pick really good subs and that makes a difference. They come out when they say they are going to come out and do what they say they would do. Overall, I was pleased with the product because they use good subs. They were the same subs who had come out earlier in the last year and they came back again to work on the back yard as well as to install the spa. I was pleased with them. They also cleaned the dirt. I did get value for the money that I paid but they were expensive. They did a good job since they provided first quality work. I was very happy. They were very responsive too. A guy named Sid L. had come out and he is a good guy. They were first rate in terms of their punctuality since they came on time and did the job. They are contractors who do significant jobs where there is coordination of multiple subs. I can call a lot of different places to cut the grass but the coordination of multiple quality subs is important. I liked their designs since they did a good job on the designs as well. However, that’s subjective. I would use their services in the future too.

The landscape design and installation was done over ten years ago by Bill Henkel when he worked for another company. He created an absolutely wonderful back yard that we enjoy almost daily when the weather is good. The features include a swimming pool, a sand set brick deck, an ivy covered arbor, and lots of attractive, comfortable teak furniture. The lot is very small but with the heavy landscaping it is quiet and absolutely private. In recent years we have had Bill's new company, Henkel Denmark, take care of all of our mowing and maintenance. The same crew has come out for as long as I can remember, and their work is excellent.
