They are fabulous. I am a corporate member. I have recommended several of my friends. I have told them that it is a very caring, and knowledgeable community of support. It is extremely beneficial. I am starting my 3rd year there, and I have been to many health clubs before, but it has by far exceeded my expectations.

We went to the gym and she took me through my exercise plan and again was very patient and knowledgable. I went back to work out on my own and there were other technitions availalbe to assist me. The emphasize that' "They are here for you" and not to stand around and chat. I then went to the yoga studio and it was also a wonderful experience.

I have been there two years and it is the best gym I have ever belonged to. They have consistent staff and the facility is clean. They are very well run. They listen to my suggestions; it is fantastic. It is cheaper for people who are members of a hospital that supports the gym. I can't say enough good things about them.
