I stopped using them for three reasons. The starch was so heavy that I had difficulty putting on my shirts. About one in five shirts came back missing buttons. The crease marks from the "grabber" were always just above the belt line. I complained repeatedly about these issues, but they persisted. This is a large company with multiple store front locations and a central plant. There is no opportunity to communicate with the person doing the work or even the direct supervisor.

They ruined my custom made drapes. On the top of the drapes were grommets. The plastic portion of those grommets melted during the dry cleaning process. A woman from the plant called me and she indicated that she noticed there was plastic on them, but assumed that they would be ok to dry clean. Instead of putting only 1 panel through to make sure they would be okay, she put all 6 through. When the grommets melted, the material melted onto the fabric. She also indicated that she had meant to call me to let me know and didn't intend for the drapes to be sent back to the branch. She told me that they were not going to take responsibility for the damage because not all the material on the drapes was "dry cleanable". She did offer to refund my $96, but I was asked if I would take that as a store credit. Unbelievable! They agreed to send me a check. I took the drapes there because they came highly recommended and I looked to them to be experts. I will never use them again for any of my items
