Description of Work: We asked for some shirts to be it reoriented after we have paid for them once. And when we went to pick them up agin they said we didn't pay for them in the first place but we did and had the receipt but they where not convinced. So we paid agin and told them we want be back

 + -1 more- The cuffing was poorly done - there was sufficient fabric to adequately weight the cuffs for better drape. - The stitching was goo, however the seam inside the cuffs left much stray fabric - The worst aspect of the whole transaction was being forced to pay for laundering in order to get the cuffs done - and not advised in advance. I have never been required to have my pants laundered as a condition for hemming or cuffing!
Description of Work: Hemmed & cuffed 3 pairs trousers; cleaned trousers.

 + 0 moreFine for drycleaning, but when they failed to complete my simple alteration (the description of which was recorded by them clearly on their ticket/receipt), instead of rectifying the problem themselves, they asked me to drive the item myself to the person who does their alterations. I'm not sure why I have to make an extra trip for their mistake. To make matters worse, they were not sure if the alterations person would accept the money I already had spent (on the alteration I did not request) as payment.
