- The cuffing was poorly done - there was sufficient fabric to adequately weight the cuffs for better drape.
- The stitching was goo, however the seam inside the cuffs left much stray fabric
- The worst aspect of the whole transaction was being forced to pay for laundering in order to get the cuffs done - and not advised in advance. I have never been required to have my pants laundered as a condition for hemming or cuffing!

Fine for drycleaning, but when they failed to complete my simple alteration (the description of which was recorded by them clearly on their ticket/receipt), instead of rectifying the problem themselves, they asked me to drive the item myself to the person who does their alterations. I'm not sure why I have to make an extra trip for their mistake. To make matters worse, they were not sure if the alterations person would accept the money I already had spent (on the alteration I did not request) as payment.
