Dry Cleaning Service
Hart's delivered the shirts on time, but they couldn't find the pillows at pick-up time. They said they'd find the pillows and call back the next day. I paid anyway thinking no big deal but there was no call for two days, and when I called them to check, they asked for another week. I asked for a refund (about $20), and they refused, citing policy, but they assured me that they would find the pillows. At that point, they were already written off in my mind, but 10 days later, I got a call saying they found the pillows, and I picked them up without further incident. I had used them without incident in the past for normal dry cleaning and laundering, but that one experience was enough to lose me as a repeat customer. There are plenty of other dry cleaners around.
