Called Happy the Glass Man at 8:25. Fellow said he would be here between 9:30 and 10:00. He called at 10:00 to say that he was running behind due to weather and traffic but was on his way, and he showed up at about 10:15 and did the job. He not only put in new glass and rehung the window. Very polite and professional.

I called for an estimate. They scheduled someone to come over on a Friday. He was on time. The windows are in an awkward place, on the second floor, high up, and over a shower and tub, making it difficult to position a ladder. The fellow was able to do what was needed to get up there and measure for the custom cuts. He did track in some dirt, but I attribute that to the whole ladder difficulty. The installers came the following Tuesday, on time, and quickly and efficiently installed the glass (again with the ladder difficulty). The installers were very professional, clean, and quick. My only regret is that I didn't ask them to clean the window while they were up there, after the install. The window still has the suction cup marks on it.
