Simple fix of door lock, I had the part, after replaced door handle was tight, handyman said best it would be, if it did not work he would come back, third time I tried to open the door it locked and would not open, contacted Chris Schenk by email, it was after hours, no response, called number, person blamed mei should have not let handyman leave, would send him back out but if he had to do any repair another charge. I am out $200. 00 and exactly where I was, this group is unethical, they do not stand behind their work, never, ever use them. NEVER. I am out $200.00 but I won't give them another cent.

There were communication errors in what I asked for and the work order. I'm glad I checked on work in progress because I caught the errors. The contractor wasn't happy but graciously fixed the problems. The helper was very slow but good painter, he had to return on a third day to complete the work.
