I just moved into a renovated home that still needed a lot of finish / design things done that I couldn’t do. I contacted Handyman Connection asking for help with my “Phase One.” Jolene made the scheduling process easy. She explained expectations and pricing based on my compiled list and was in constant contact with updates from start to finish. I had a good sized list. Trevor arrived early, was polite, courteous and speedy. He mounted curtain rods, a coat rack and a bigger mailbox because the mail was getting wet. repaired a couple of problems and hung things on the walls that needed studs. He was knowledgeable and precise, being mindful of finding studs and measuring from all angles so things looked centered and balanced. The business approach of this business is phenomenal. Trevor signed in with me when he got here and out when he left so time spent on the job was tracked. He was required to take pictures of everything that he did. No risking people canceling or only able to do one or two things. I come from a family of carpenters and construction experts. It was obvious that Trevor knew what he was doing. I’ve pulled things out of storage and didn’t hesitate to schedule Phase Two. My house is beginning to look like a home instead of a construction zone thanks to Handyman Connection. Working with accountable professionals is such a relief. I plan to contact them for help assembling a patio set this Spring. I highly recommend Handyman Connection if you need help with your projects!

First of all, finding a local handyman or contractor you can trust or show up for the job is almost impossible. Handyman Connection to the rescue! I was skeptical at first but they could not have been more professional. I was notified ahead of time of their arrival by phone and text. Adam was professional and very knowledgeable about the job. He had to cut through the wall to the outside to install a vent for our oven and microwave. The job did not take as long as anticipated in the estimate, therefore Handyman reduced the price of the job. I WIll be using Handyman Connection for all future projects. I FINALLY found quality work and expertise with very reasonable pricing. I also want to thank Marie for hergreat customer service and and Telia for her honesty and knowledge in giving us an estimate, great team, great service!!

We have an old kitchen that needed to have 5 drawers completely rebuilt. Trevor came to our house and spent many hours designing and building amazing drawers that glide in and out smoothly. It was a challenging project and Trevor actually had to come back to make some minor adjustments to make the job perfect! He takes great pride in his work!!

They remodeled my shower and did a pretty decent job with it, though my water is not as hot as it was before. Here a few months later, I pull the drawers, located on the other side of my shower, and noticed that they cut through that drywall, so now I am going to have to pay to get that replaced.... how annoying and costly!

Simple fix of door lock, I had the part, after replaced door handle was tight, handyman said best it would be, if it did not work he would come back, third time I tried to open the door it locked and would not open, contacted Chris Schenk by email, it was after hours, no response, called number, person blamed mei should have not let handyman leave, would send him back out but if he had to do any repair another charge. I am out $200. 00 and exactly where I was, this group is unethical, they do not stand behind their work, never, ever use them. NEVER. I am out $200.00 but I won't give them another cent.
