I first called and made an appointment with a service advisor and I took it in and met with a service advisor after the following week. They texted me and then called me when my vehicle is ready. I went back to the dealership the following day and met again with the service advisor and when I picked up my vehicle and he went over what they did. My overall experience was good eventhough the dealership was very busy.

We traded in an old mini van. The salesman did a good job, which is kind of unusual for a dealership. We had bought 2 or 3 other cars from here before. I would recommend them for buying a new car.

Service was very good.
I receive coupons in the mail from Green's- typically an oil change is ~$29. Comparable to Walmart in price, but I know I'm getting quality service and Toyota factory filter and oil.
I highly recommend Green's for service.

It was raining really hard one night and could not see in front of me. I ran over a curb and busted a tire really bad. I did have insurance on my tires. However, everyone at Green's are so very kind. Mr. Myers was so kind. I think one of my best experiences would be I had my brother and sister little terriers with me and I was able to sit and watch TV with them. Several employees stopped to talk and wanted to take pics. Plus they brought them a bowl of water. GREAT COMPANY.........GREAT CREW! Pamela G. Martin

This was a body repair on a 2005 Camry covered by insurance after a hit-and -run; both dent removal and paintwork were required. The estimate was accurate for the cost and duration of the repair. I think they even finished it a day ahead of the promised date. Exterior appearance was excellent - I could not tell it had been repaired, even though they only blended paint rather than repainting all adjacent panels. There was a slight amount of overspray visible on a door sill with the door open, but the overall quality of the repair was very good.

Greens has been a good service provider for several years on our Toyota Camry...the only issue has been with oil changes and their lack of attention to using the 0W-20 oil...even after many reminders and requests...

I bought a new car and the guy was telling me that he was giving $4000 off and all of this kind of good stuff. I wanted to pay cash and for forty minutes she tried to get me to lease the car. And then finally I said that I just want to pay for it and get out. When I got home, I started to read up on the car and I found the sticker price underneath the seat and I paid the exact same price that was on the sticker price. So when I called they said that once you leave the lot, it's too bad.

They were prompt and professional. It took less time than they said it would, and they performed a multi-point inspection during the oil change, and found nothing wrong. I think some auto repair centers would take that opportunity to replace parts unnecessarily and make more money, especially on a car with high mileage, but Green's did not.

My experiences have been very good. I have found the helpful and knowledgeable. They have even worked with me on pricing which one would not expect from a dealership. I had purchased a used Rav 4 elsewhere and I took it into them because there was a problem with the security system. It turned out that someone installed an after market security system. They worked on it for over two hours but only charged me for 30 minutes as they fixed that. Now I don’t have to listen to the horn continuously going off anymore.
