They were wonderful from start to finish. Kitchen remodel was a night mare. This was the only company that I had no complaints with all. I would recommend to anyone.

I paid half of deposit in November as i knew what kitchen counter top i wanted. Lexington, KY store close for snow so it was difficult to get hold of anyone for several weeks, on day my granite was to be delivered. I called Louisville, KY store to inquire what was going on as my date of installation was approaching.  A few days on scheduled install, some days weather was fine but store was closed again.
Finally, counter top installed.
-Installers chipped an edge of the granite but didn't say anything before they left my house.
-My seams are horribly noticeable as the counter is not cut per the discussion with sales. 
-Counter top sits uneven from wall. They template cabinets; top has a gap up to a 1/2 from wall in some areas. A rep came out and offered to install a "free" 4" back splash. I told him i wanted the granite to sit flush against the wall. He told me they can not cut granite to fit flush which is why they have customers sign a "waiver." I did not sign a waiver when I left my deposit. (Appears the salesperson forgot to have me sign this document.
-I did speak to the owner, she was pregnant (resides in Louisville, KY). Said she couldn't come to Richmond, KY so she sent a representative.
LAST- I was charged MORE money since it took 3 guys to install instead of 2. ITS THE BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY DO THIS TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. COST IS ALWAYS MORE THAN WHAT YOU INITIALLY PURCHASE. THE OWNER TOLD ME THIS DIRECTLY. THEY CHARGE MORE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER INSTALLER. SO THE $30.00 SQ FEET YOU'RE PAYING FOR IS ACTUALLY MORE. SAM. LOWES INSTALLER TOLD ME THIS, SAID HE HAD CUSTOMERS TELL HIM GRANITE AMERICA CHARGED THEM MORE THAN THE CONTRACT STATED AFTER COUNTER TOPS WERE INSTALLED.

I like the price. They're overall very courteous.

I learned about the company after receiving a flyer about them in the mail. They were much better priced than other retailers because they are a direct importer. They completed the installation. Throughout the process, it was clear that they had expertise in the area of granite installation. They were very helpful with helping me make any selections for the specific layout of the granite. They were also really accommodating with the timing as well. The granite turned out really well.

Theydid a great job! The granite was measured and templated by their head manager Andy, and installed but Adam. Adam and his crew were here for a few hours to make sure everything was done right. They were realy careful about the entire process. Before the granite was cut, I had the chance to see what the slab looked like and even moved the template to the pattern that I like best. Meradeth was a great help and resource, the entire company out did them selves. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I have nothing bad to say about them.

From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Meredith was extremely attentive to our needs and helped us pick out the granite that went best with our kitchen. On the day of the install, Adam and his crew came out and removed the old countertops quickly and efficiently...I was very impressed. Furthermore, after the install, Adam spent the time with us explaining what type of sealer to use and cleaners not to use etc. we would definitely recommend!
