It was free, it was only the second oil the car had. They give you free oil changes when you buy a car from them, and they did tire rotations and a 24 point check over of the car.

They do it by appointment, they came out and said they were running behind and that it would be an hour to an hour & a half. Which seems like a long time, given I had made an appointment. But, I will said, that they did it in the minimum amount of time that they said, it was an hour.

I wasn?t particular upset, except it takes an hour & a half to get the oil changed. But, generally they were very nice about it all. They did it as quickly as they could, so everything was fine. They do a fine job!

There was some confusing information, I did the appointment online, I ran into problems, so I tried their chat service. Their chat service was great, very quick and really helped me.
When I got there, the mechanic who took the car was very helpful. So, I tell you overall responsiveness is very good. It was an inconvenience for me to wait an hour & a half for an oil change and when I had made an appointment.

It was the last day of a big sale. They were pretty good, but it wasn?t what I would consider as idea. They leave you hanging a lot of the times when you are talking about a car, because they got to go back and talk to their managers.

I hate that aspect of it, but I have never bought a car where I didn?t have to deal with that. I had a brand-new guy and it was the first car he had ever sold and he was actually really good.

This was the worst buying experience of my life and the service department proved to be no better.
It took 5 days to purchase the car I desired; the sales person kept trying to sell me a lesser model.   The financial paperwork contained numerous errors and had to be redone.  No one asked for proof of insurance before I drove the car off the lot.  No one asked for the cashier's check to cover the half of the vehicle not under finance.
The salesman insisted I filter all concerns though him.  Why??? Schedules were set based on his convenience.
He made light of each issue I brought to him, trying to say it was normal.  After my prodding, it was scheduled for service where the problem was verified and presumably repaired.  -However,  this problem alone took three re-schedules and two weeks to actually address.
Too many trips back to the dealer within two weeks of getting the vehicle.  Loaners were available on each occasion, though the temporary plate had expired on one of the vehicles they gave me.
When I removed the temporary tag from my back windshield, I removed also the salesperson's business card attached to it, thinking to set aside.  On the back of this card was a name and phone number to call if I'd been unhappy with the service in any manner... So exasperated was I that I called the number to find it was the former general manager who's relationship with Glenn Nissan had beed severed in July!  [I bought the vehicle in September.]  He could not believe they were still using his name...
When I then called Glenn Nissan for the general manager, I was told he was available only via email...
I waited 45 minutes for a conversation/explanation with the Service Manager after one notification that my vehicle was ready for pickup.  He never showed.
The answers I'd received regarding several concerns were answered so inconsistently, I had to bring my vehicle to another dealer.

So, they rotated my tires and after the rotation the car pulled to the left.  I took it back in this morning and asked them to find the problem and specifically mentioned my concerns about alignment.  They moved the tires back to the original position , told me that the tires must be faulty and that the alignment was fine.  They also suggested I see a tire specialist to replace my 3 month old tires and sent me out the door.
Long story short, seven hours later, the tire store determined that my tires never needed rotation, that there was nothing wrong with the tires (one of the best brands on the market) and that my alignment was off.  The tire store fixed the problem and GAVE ME A PRINTOUT.  Always ask for the printout if they tell you they have checked your alignment!
I called the dealer back and I was told that they didn't really have a way of checking anyone's alignment.  That unless they gave me a printout, that "checking the alignment" means they looked at the tires and thought they looked good!
Now I'm wondering about my old car that constantly seemed out of alignment.  The dealer kept telling me that they were checking the alignment but now I sincerely doubt that.  I'm also wondering about the myriad of other things that they found wrong.
The service department at Nissan agreed to refund the cost of the rotation, but that doesn't compensate me for the total of ten hours that I spent out of my life...  all because I asked for an oil change.
I'm updating this because I was promised a refund.  However, no refund was issued.  They did send me a statement telling me that I could have a credit of $25.  Given that I won't be going back, a credit doesn't really do much good.  I lowered my rating because a refund was not issued.
