It's Glenn Hyundai. They started out Glenn Buick years ago. They're excellent all the way around. I will continue to use them. I go back to them because they are courteous and professional.

They had just got their online scheduling service and I ran into the 30,000 mile service on there. I must have been one of the first people to actually use it. I checked it off, printed my coupon, scheduled my appointment and went in. They marked down the invoice something much higher I said I scheduled this online 30,000 service for this amount and I handed them a discount coupon as well. The service manager said it wasn't right. They shouldn't have gone live on that yet, but they honored it. I will use them again.

It was well under $100. It was better than expected. It was quick. They fixed my problem. I left them with a smile. I wasn't dissatisfied. I'm satisfied. They treated me well.

On 05/05/2014 my husband called the dealership where we bought my outlander because we noticed my brand new Outlander was leaking anti-freeze and overheating.  This is a brand new vehicle which we bought in Feb.  The vehicle does not have a scratch on it.  I took it to the dealer who stated that a gravel hit the radiator and caused it to leak. The Service Manager then stated that this was not a warranty issue.  My husband then spoke to him and even went to the dealership to explain our concern that this was a warranty issue since there is no indication that I hit anything or anything hit my car. Again, my vehicle does not have a scratch or dent in it so it is pretty difficult to believe that a gravel could just get in there and cause such damage. But, if that is possible then there is a terrible flaw in the design of my vehicle and that should be a warranty issue as well. How can anyone feel safe and confident driving a vehicle knowing that any little rock can hit the radiator and damage it.   My husband also mentioned that there is a very good possibility that this actually happened during assembly. The Radiator could have been hit and due to the stress of the vehicle being driven it caused it to leak.  This would also be a warranty issue.  But the service manager already had his mind made up and refused to consider anything else except that a piece of gravel magically hit the radiator just right to cause this damage.  Very disappointed in the way this was handled.  Not only by the service manager but also by Mitsubishi.  I will be sending a letter to Mitsubishi and continue to fight this.  No one should be expected to pay for something when there is no evidence or proof that what the Service Manager is telling you is correct especially on a brand new vehicle.  **My suggestion do not get your car serviced and Glenn Auto Mall and do not buy a Mitsubishi.  They are not worth the headache.  I will be driving my vehicle to Louisville to get serviced and will change to a different make as soon as I can.

Service was great. Had an appointment. They got me in and out. They have a comfortable waiting room with coffee. The only thing I didn't like was after the fact, they told me they had made a change in when I would be signaled for next oil change. He said it was due to a recall. I received a letter about that as well and it was only a recommendation not a recall. I would have preferred to be asked if I wanted that done prior to.

This last service was simply an oil change, but I've had more serious work done as well.  The oil change went very well, as always!  I purchased my car from Glenn 2 1/2 years ago and for the first time, I decided to try using the Dealer Service department.  I have not been disappointed-  in fact, I've been extremely pleased!!   It is easy to make an appointment; I've never had more than a 5-minute wait to submit my car, and my car is always ready when promised.  The Service Dept. is good about alerting me to current and/or approaching service needs other than the one/s I request, but it is never pushy about it-  just informative.  The Service reps are always polite, professional and helpful, and very frequently Glenn Hyundai offers coupons and specials in the Service Department for routine services tasks like oil change, tire rotation and the like.
Several months ago, the car sat idle for a couple weeks and when I tried to start it, it wouldn't-  bad battery.  Glenn's replaced the battery at no charge and with no argument or even discussion-

Took the 2004 Infiniti G35 into Glenn Infiniti after noticing drop in fuel economy and service engine light came on. This was my first trip to this shop since my wife usually takes care of auto service. Wow - the Infiniti shop is a different experience than most service stations. I was waved into a sparkling clean bay as I drove into the lot and immediately attended by a service tech. I was directed to the managers office, explained the problem and was sent to a pleasant waiting room with coffee, tv, and plenty of magazines. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a repair estimate which I accepted. The repair was completed in the time estimate and I was on my way. Parts and labor are obviously more expensive at the dealer shop but you can expect very professional service and stellar treatment at Glenn Infiniti.

Another horrible car lot experience.  After dealing through shady numbers all day, I still don't have a vehicle.  Long story short, this dealership used me and another customer against each other to drive up the price on a 2001 used car.  I decided that I would pay MORE than retail for the vehicle because it was really in good shape and had low miles.  They even drove the car to my work so I could test drive it.
I looked this car over on two different days.  After work the day I drove it and solidified the deal I went there with the check in hand.  There was a new set of scratches on the right side of the truck.  They stonewalled me on it, called me a liar.  And wouldn't cut me any slack on the fact that I was STILL willing to buy.
I walked.  But I swallowed my pride, went back in there after about 10 minutes and offered to continue with the deal.  Well they decided that it would be better to sell it to the other customer that lives in MISSISSIPPI.
Just goes to show that they don't care about their customers.  They certainly don't care if you're from the area.  Trevor, the salesman I dealt with was very friendly, it was his manager that was such a disappointment.  He must have a miserable outlook on life.

Overall, the experience on this visit was and quot;okayand quot; but not what we needed. Too, it was pricey compared to the work we eventually had done, same parts/same labor, but we found a better automotive service place (on Angie's List) that actually offered us a better price that was closer to work, so no sweating it getting to Glenn with Lexington rush hour, stop lights, etc. We had a lot of pricey work done on this car at Glenn this summer (timing belt for one), and it's like we weren't regular customers. It's an older car, but hey, it really runs well. Just not sure what was amiss with the Glenn Service Dept.

They worked with me as far as coming down on price. They worked well with me. The salesmen and staff have been very good. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to your opinions and show you pricing so you know you're getting the best deal possible. I ended up paying less per month on my car payments.

For several weeks, I had noticed that when I accelerated from first to second gear from a stop in my Hyundai Elantra, the car would hesitate and make a jerking movement, but then it would eventually cooperate and run smoothly. Over time, the hesitation continued and grew to include times when I was going into fifth gear. Thus, when I took the car to Glenn Hyundai for a periodic oil change, I explained the situation and asked the service personnel to drive the car and investigate. When the car was ready to pick up, the explanation I received was that I might have "hot spots" on the flywheel and that I should simply not be as easy on the car when shifting--that I should "drive more aggressively." I had my doubts about this explanation, but I tried to accept it as I left the dealership. Sure enough, driving more aggressively did not resolve the problem, so about a week later I took the car to another Hyundai dealership, where eventually the problem of spark plug wire replacement was diagnosed.

Of course, they were very nice because we were buying a car. The salesman was very young and very nice. There was one thing he was supposed to do and did not, but, I cannot remember what it was; it was nothing major. He could have been a little quicker to respond. The car was ready when promised. Actually, I think we did want it a day sooner and they did do that for us. The people seemed very nice there and I am pleased.
