I can not say enough about the great job Gary did on all my surfaces. I did not expect things to look new but but the cleaning vastly improved their appearance keeping me from purchasing new items after just moving into a new house.

He did an excellent job, they moved as much furniture as was possible, they were very very nice, and it was one of the best carpet cleanings that I have ever had. I was really pleased. They couldn't do my basement at the time, and they came back two days later to do it.

They were prompt, very professional and I was able to schedule their services very soon after I called. The carpets looked great when they were done and they charged a very reasonable price. .

Gary and his coworker were very prompt and efficient. In fact Gary was generous in his cleaning in that while I requested he clean just the traffic area of the study, he must have noticed some spots where my cat had vomited up a hairball which left some yellow marks on the carpet. He cleaned that too. Much appreciated. He also inquired, thankfully, whether I wanted to Scotch Guard the cleaned areas to which I answered yes (I had forgotten to ask about it).
The areas were cleaned very well except the stair front edges. It could be that they just wouldn't come clean.
All in all I had a very good experience with Gary's Chem Dry and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends. No attempts to sell other cleaning projects were made and appreciated.

Punctuality is not the norm any more, so I appreciated not having to hang around for hours waiting on someone to show up!
The carpet wasn't exceptionally stained or dirty but is fairly old. He began by moving the mobile furniture such as couch, chair, end table, etc. Then he vacuumed everything. I pointed out the stains, all of which came out! The carpet was dry within a few hours, which made me wish I had done this a long time ago. The bill was as quoted. And Gary did not try to sell us any extra services, which I appreciated.

They were very professional. I have a LARGE black dog, two dark grey cats, and a pet door, so there is a lot of dirt that builds up near the door, and where the dog lies. The carpet looked like new - I had forgotten how bright the color was. They got it much cleaner than other services I have used in the past.
They raised all the furniture so solution did not come in contact with the wood.
Carpet was not as wet as other companies, so it dried quickly.
I would definitely use them as my regular service.

They were a local company and they were wonderful. I had an emergency call while they were here. They were almost done. So, I actually left them here and left. They locked up for me. They took care of using the credit card to pay and left me a receipt. They finished the job while I was gone. They were very good to me. I could trust them.
