Description of Work: William removed our chimney as it was leaking and we asked him to remove it. He did very high quality work and we highly recommend him! He also installed the sub flooring in our kitchen after we had a water heater leak!

 + -1 moreIn 2007, I constructed a large 18x18 cathedral ceiling back porch. I had Gardco install the aluminum soffit and trim for the trim boards and cornice as well as cover a post with aluminum siding to match the siding on my house. They did an excellent job. In 2009, I had them replace several shingles in mid January on a very steep roof. Cost $250 and worth every penny!!! In 2012, I moved to a new house and needed a dryer vent re-installed through a brick wall in my attic. They spent about 4.5 hours, took up flooring, replaced sections of missing pipe, drilled through the brick and my dryer has worked excellently ever since. All for $250. I wholeheartledly recommend William and his crew for any repair, remodel or construction.  + -1 moreOur HVAC system in our attic had sprung a leak and caused water damage to our upstairs ceiling. Mr. Gardner came in, told us exactly what he would do to fix it and how long it would take. He also ensured to lay down a covering to minimize any mess getting on our carpeted stairs. He was quick, efficient, and very fairly priced. I was thinking of using his company this year for another job, but the Better Business Bureau currently lists this business as an "F" rating.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage to drywall ceiling above stairweel upstairs. Removed all loose paint & drywall, screwed drywall back up. Taped and mudded 2-3 coats and painted with primer.

Description of Work: I called William and asked him to look at re-installing a dryer vent through a brick wall that had been taken out by previous owner. The guys worked more than 4 hours in hot weather and a very hot attic, sawed out the brick and re-installed the dryer vent (about 16 feet), and checked it to make certain it was exhausting as it should be. I have used Gardco on a major project (finishing aluminum soffet and installing gutters) and for simple roof repair. They never let me down and they are reasonably priced!

 + 0 moreI noticed a wet spot on my bathroom ceiling. When I explained it to BJ , he knew immediately what the problem was. The vent pipe collar had outlived its useful life. He replaced the collar and while he was on the roof, did us a favor and inspected the roof. As we suspected, we need a new roof. BJ was kind enough to nail down the loose shingles and buy us some time to make it through the winter. Later this month, we will be installing a new roof and we are hiring Gardco. I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work. BJ is a stand up guy and he does not half do the job. He is very particular about the work and they way it looks. The quality is outstanding and I can't say enough good things about him and his company.
Description of Work: Replaced vent pipe collar and inspected our roof as well as nailing down loose shingles.

Description of Work: Fixed crack in high ceiling, installed dryer vent and washer hook-up. Another time (same year) they installed a bathroom vanity and cleared out old pipes and touch up dry wall. Very professional, nice, intelligent people. With their help.....I sold my condo in 4 days!
