I bought a Lane double recliner couch in leather from this store. It featured dual vibrating and heating recliners. I purchased this couch in December 2010. The heating feature worked that winter as well as the following winter. This year, it would not work. I stopped in at their store and left a message for their service repair man to call me as he just happened to be off that day. A few days later when I hadn't heard from him, I called them and they said they would see to it that he called. I have contacted this store at least 3 times and they have not called to set a time to repair this problem. I will not buy from this store again and it's questionable as to whether I will buy another Lane product.
Description of Work: You ask for a detailed report of services performed. No services were done. That's the problem.
