Furniture Medic by Bluegrass Furniture Restoration

They did a great job on the table and you can't even tell it was damaged. They came and picked it up and when they finished they held it for a couple of weeks while we were out of town. They were easy to work with and were very professional.

I am not the person that usually provides reviews, however I did feel that the service I received was so professional and the customer service was exceptional enough, that it warranted some feedback. 

Working with Laura, Bob and his helpers was a very pleasant experience with a very high stressful situation.  They were very prompt with responses, assisted in working with us to submit what we needed to insurance, provided additional pictures and did everything right as it pertained to helping the customer.  Coming from someone that has managed in the Customer Service environment for many years, this is the way it's supposed to be and I would without a doubt use them and recommend them to everyone that needed any repairs that fit their line of work. 

Thank you for Laura, Bob and the others for making this a great experience and for making it easy to deal with, with all of the other stuff going on.

The chairs are like new!

The man that came was cordial and professional and did a beautiful job on my old antique wood furniture. I was very pleased!

Furniture Medic is a great company to work with, pleasant and professional. Dennis Miller who actually performed the work is extremely knowledgeable and talented. He did outstanding work on both this job as well as a previous repair job I had used him for. I would definitely recommend Furniture Medic again and again.

They were good. I liked everything; they were nice and friendly, and they came and did what they were supposed to.

Great. Bob is professional, friendly, and talented. The job took longer than expected due to the sheer scope of work needing to be done and our being particular about the color and quality of glazing, but he stayed and returned until it was done to our complete satisfaction.

The work was performed on time and very professionally. When he finished the furniture looked as good as it did before it was damaged. He was neat and created no mess.

Our experience was very good and we were pleased with the result. The work took about 4 hours and the finish looks nearly new. The team was very professional and carefully explained how to care for the finish after they were done.

The price for the work was a little high, but we weren't able to find anyone else willing to restore the finish on our piano, so we were happy with the result.
