Ron was supposed to be here at 10:00 AM. Called at 10:15 and said he was warming up his truck. Arrived around 11:00. He left at 12:00. When it was time to pay he said two hours - I didn't argue, I just paid him.

"As a contractor, sometimes it is necessary to have a minimum hourly rate. Many contractors have a four hour minimum, this covers travel time and gas and getting tools out to the job. However we make exceptions as we can. In this case I only charged for travel time one way and included materials in the final job. Hence only two hours. I had a great experience. Ron Hill is the owner and came over himself to inspect the problem. Within one hour I had power back and he re-wired my damaged wires. Very neat and professional.
