First Choice Foundation Repair LLC

This company was contacted to request a quote for possible work done on our foundation on 6/14. A representative from the company called on 6/15 to set up an appointment. He offered to come on Saturday or Monday morning. I suggested Monday and he said he would be here Monday morning 6/18. Not only did he not show but he did not call. My husband waited at home all morning for him. Late in the afternoon on 6/19, the representative called to see if he could come then or when he could come. I told him that we would be going with another company as he was unreliable. He made a comment about being busy. I told him that I understood busy but that he didn't phone us to say he couldn't come or to reschedule our appointment. He said that we didn't have an appointment. I responded to him that if he sets up a particular day and time frame with a potential client, that that is indeed an appointment. This was very unprofessional. If they can't show up for an estimate, lie about the facts of an appointment, they I would not trust their reliability or competency to actually do the work
